Further, while **59% of marketing agencies** think referrals are the best way of attracting new business, **58% of client-side marketers** actually first hear of an agency via the agency themselves. Clearly, when it comes to the Agency Search and Selection Process, there seems to be some disparity between what agencies are delivering and what is expected. # So, have you got it right? ![RSWUS Infographic How Agencies Get New Business resized 600](https://www.incitemarketing.co.uk/hs-fs/file-291048711-jpg/images/rswus-infographic-how-agencies-get-new-business-resized-600.jpg?width=354&height=1061&name=rswus-infographic-how-agencies-get-new-business-resized-600.jpg) ###### Source: [www.agencynewbusiness.com](http://www.agencynewbusiness.com) Topics: [Marketing Trends](https://www.incitemarketing.co.uk/marketing-blog/topic/marketing-trends) [Marketing Agency](https://www.incitemarketing.co.uk/marketing-blog/topic/marketing-agency) [Agency Search and Selection](https://www.incitemarketing.co.uk/marketing-blog/topic/agency-search-and-selection) ![Danielle Stagg](https://app.hubspot.com/settings/avatar/eff1231c9f9e37c49ec1101586f32e8c) #### Written by [Danielle Stagg](https://www.incitemarketing.co.uk/marketing-blog/author/danielle-stagg) Previous Post [![](https://www.incitemarketing.co.uk/hs-fs/file-288611513-jpg/images/6002290215_d9a9c9651a_b-resized-600.jpg) ](https://www.incitemarketing.co.uk/marketing-blog/bid/319855/Dear-Marketing-Agencies-LET-S-GET-PERSONAL) [Dear Marketing Agencies: LET’S GET PERSONAL](https://www.incitemarketing.co.uk/marketing-blog/bid/319855/Dear-Marketing-Agencies-LET-S-GET-PERSONAL) Next Post [![](https://www.incitemarketing.co.uk/hs-fs/file-302290800-jpg/images/lll.jpg) ](https://www.incitemarketing.co.uk/marketing-blog/bid/334471/The-Branding-Agency-s-3-L-s) [The Branding Agency's 3 L's](https://www.incitemarketing.co.uk/marketing-blog/bid/334471/The-Branding-Agency-s-3-L-s) ![Incite Marketing](https://www.incitemarketing.co.uk/hubfs/INCITE%20IMAGES/logo/incite_logo_red.svg) The Factory, 2 Acre Road Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey.
