An update on... The Google Adwords Campaigns Update

Are you one of the advertising or marketing agencies whose Adwords dashboard has been cluttered with notifications of the impending Google update?

Perhaps some of the 6 million already upgraded legacy campaigns (equating to almost 75% of all active campaigns) belonged to your advertising or marketing agency.

So then, when Senior Vice President-Ads & Commerce of Google, Sridhar Ramaswamys, announced on Monday that rather than being released in one hit the updates would in fact 'be gradually completed over several weeks', you were a little... perplexed.

Google say the update will make it easier for digital advertising execs and marketing agencies to reach audiences through the use of improved search variables. This will either simplify life for the avergae Joe Digital Marketing Agency and allow them to boost clients' business... or it will make the process more complicated.
