A recent bit of work you are proud of?

We recently delivered an interactive sales training multimedia presentation for one of our energy clients. It featured avatar roll plays, high impact CGI and a certificated quiz at the end. The client was really pleased with it, and it’s been rolled out across a number of their automotive manufacturing partners too.

What makes your agency unique or different?

We are Marketo trained – while common in the US, a rarity in the UK. The reason is, we want our clients to get visible return on investment from the campaigns we run. This means we always aim to add value to a communications campaign by integrating it with a lead generation programme to drive sales enquiries and boost revenue.

A pitching/Chemistry meeting horror story?

I once travelled all the way to Glasgow to find the client wasn’t there. On the plus side, I got to see the sights while I waited for the plane home.

Where do you see the future of agencies?

We have been moving towards a model for a while now where we act as an extension of the client’s marketing team, rather than being ‘that agency on the end of the phone/email’ that the client only sees occasionally. This has been very successful for us as we understand the clients’ needs better and can help them deliver on their goals.

If your agency was an animal what would it be and why?

A chameleon, because we always have to adapt to our environment and be looking in all directions at once to help our clients find the best route forward.
